Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your scheduled consultation. However, due to the nature of our professional medical services, we have specific guidelines for cancellations:
- Cancellation by the User: Users may cancel their scheduled consultation only if the cancellation request is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund and will be treated as a no-show.
- Multiple Consultation Services: If you have purchased a service package that includes more than one consultation, the cancellation policy applies to the first consultation only. The initiation of the first consultation is considered the start of the service, and no cancellations or refunds can be made for subsequent consultations within the package once the first session has commenced.
- Cancellation by the Service Provider: In the rare event that we need to cancel a scheduled consultation due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, you will be notified as soon as possible, and you will have the option to reschedule the consultation or receive a full refund.
2. Refund Policy
Our refund policy applies to cancellations and other specific circumstances as outlined below:
- Eligible Refunds:
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made by the user at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled consultation time for single consultation services.
- Full refunds will be issued if the consultation is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Non-Refundable Situations:
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- No refunds will be issued for any no-shows, where the user fails to attend the consultation or does not join the call within the 15-minute grace period.
- No refunds will be provided for multiple consultation services after the first consultation has taken place, as the service is considered to have commenced.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel your scheduled consultation, please contact us through whatsapp or at info@mydeardoc.com providing your name, appointment date and time, and reason for cancellation. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it and, if applicable, initiate the refund.
4. Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe there has been an error in the billing or processing of your payment, please contact us immediately on whatsapp or at info@mydeardoc.com. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested if we believe they are not in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy.
6. Changes to the Cancellation and Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
