Where can I use my prescription?

You can show E-prescription in any pharmacy around Italy.

Can I book a call if I have an emergency?

Unfortunately no, if you recognize anybody in life threatening condition or need immediate help you should call emergency service 112.

Can I obtain a script for opioids and narcotic?

No, according to italian rules it's not possible to prescribe possible abuse substances in online consultation.

How much it costs?

You can ask about your needs and get a fee to pay

Can I pay with insurance?

You can pay in advance and receive an insurance certificate to ask for a refund. This process allow us to be very quick.

Can I get an invoice for my accountant?

You you'll receive an invoice after the payment.

Can I get cancel the appointment?

Yes, you can cancel the appointment but only with 12h in advance to allow us good work planning.
